The Wright Putting Dynamics Laser Optics V3 is a high-powered green laser that projects a solid line and can be used for start line, stroke accuracy, and visualization training.
The laser is simple to setup and use. It mounts on top of a tripod and you are ready to go.
You can set the laser behind the ball and project a line over the ball to your aim point or in the other direction from your aim point back to the ball.
The laser works well inside all the time. When outside, you may want to use it early in the morning, later in the day, in the shade or on a cloudy day. I’ve used it midday already with success, but on really bright days it can be tough to see the line on longer putts.
I like this package for a several reasons and would buy it again.
With the laser behind my putter, I like having the laser line go over the putter and ball to my aim point. Why? It helps me focus on squaring my putter face to the aim line and aim point.
It’s much better than an elevated aim line. However, I do carry both.
You can use the remote control to turn the laser on and off easily. I put the remote in my pocket and just push the button. I don’t always like to rely on the green laser line.
The remote works very well from a distance.
There is a manual on / off built into the laser also.
The laser battery life is excellent and it’s rechargeable.
